Welcome to the Quality Food Toolkit, designed by Fáilte Ireland, for people working in the Irish tourism and hospitality industry. This easy to use, practical resource is designed to support your food operation to maximise its profitability, while ensuring your business delivers consistently good quality menu offerings to your customer.

USING THE TOOLKIT

To use the Toolkit, you will require Microsoft Excel and Adobe Reader software installed on your computer.

Click here to install Adobe Reader .
 

To verify  your computer software has Microsoft Excel programme loaded, check your desktop for the Excel Software icon .
Alternatively you can look for it as follows:

1. Click Start on your computer desktop,
2. Select All programs from the menu,
3. Select Microsoft Office and verify that Excel is included on the MS Office Menu.

If you have difficulty finding the Excel software programme on your computer contact your IT software provider for further advice.

Once you have confirmed that both items of software (Adobe Reader & Microsoft Excel) are loaded on your computer, you can begin using the resource.

Participating in this training will ensure you get the maximum value and support from the resource.
